Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Pilot and participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of projects, including various lots of work (structure, piping, insulation, EIA, etc.) and equipment, in accordance with procedure, safety, quality, planning, and budget requirements.
- Manage a project team with various internal (electricity, automation, instrumentation, production) and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to internal standards and regulatory references.
- Identify and manage project risks and uncertainties.
- Lead project teams and manage various stakeholders, including internal and external actors.
- Participate in technical and economic decision-making and provide technical support.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Collect and verify final project files.
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering, with at least 4-5 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. You should have knowledge of process unit operations and basic technical knowledge in civil engineering, electricity, piping, automation. You should also have experience working in a high-risk industrial environment (SEVESO) and be proficient in Office, Autocad, and MS Project.
