Senior Study Manager

Geismar, a global leader in railway solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Study Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of engineering studies, including circuit and hydraulic systems, as well as mechanical studies and calculations. This will involve managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within budget and timeframe.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent technical skills, including knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within budget and timeframe.

Requirements:
- Strong background in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
