HR Controlling Apprentice

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Controlling Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, analyzing discrepancies in payroll costs and headcount, and ensuring consistency between payroll costs, workforce planning, and activity evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, including control of payroll data, estimation of labor costs, and monitoring of headcount and HR KPIs.
  • Analyze discrepancies in payroll costs and headcount for the current month compared to the budget and forecast of the previous month.
  • Ensure consistency between payroll costs, workforce planning, and activity evolution.
  • Support the budget for the following year and collaborate with various sites and stakeholders involved in its development.
  • Consolidate and analyze the annual social report.
  • Participate in various analysis work and presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree level education in Human Resources or Financial Controlling.
  • Alternating contract duration of 1 to 2 years.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and lookup functions).
  • A first experience in HR administrative management, conducting HR analysis/studies, or financial controlling would be appreciated.
  • Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, ability to communicate in an international environment, and establish good relationships.
