Accounting Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Caupamat Paris Nord. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate accounting operations for multiple entities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Monitor and control cash flow, including bank reconciliations
  • Manage and reconcile supplier invoices and expense reports
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT and DEB
  • Manage and maintain fixed assets
  • Participate in the preparation of annual accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Excel and other accounting software
