Your Role

At Mollie, we engage with a variety of product partners to enhance our capability to offer customers the most pertinent and optimized solutions. As a member of the Product Partnerships team, you will focus on creating innovative cross-functional products and overseeing current partnerships, playing a pivotal role in Mollie's growth.

In this position, you will be instrumental in our mission to facilitate effortless financial management through seamless acceptance of online and in-person payments. You will cultivate relationships with our strategic partners, which include digital wallets, acquirers, schemes, and software providers. Your contributions will aid in establishing a truly integrated payment experience, offering a comprehensive range of acceptance solutions to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with two dedicated Product Managers to develop solutions for both online and offline payment offerings through new and existing partnerships.
  • Manage and expand partnerships with a diverse array of strategic partners, including digital wallets, acquirers, schemes, and software providers.
  • Strengthen relationships with our partners and enhance collaboration across product, marketing, support, operations, strategy, and planning.
  • Grasp our product proposition and strategy, alongside partner capabilities, to jointly create top-tier products for our customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with country managers, product, and marketing teams to ensure effective issue resolution, gather feedback, and identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Work with support teams to refine partner processes and boost efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or strategic roles; experience in the payments sector is advantageous.
  • Data-driven with a proven track record in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep key stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Ambitious and adaptable; a proactive mindset suited for a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Developed partnership management skills, commercial insight, and proven negotiation capabilities.
