Your Role

You will be part of the CEO Office, a team reporting directly to the CEO, in charge of identifying and delivering strategic projects likely to have a significant impact on our revenue trajectory. Your missions will include developing and executing partnership strategies, identifying and evaluating potential partners, leading negotiations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms, key account management positions, or strategic positions in fast-growing scale-ups. You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be comfortable establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders, and have strong analytical skills and experience dealing with strategic topics. Fluency in French and English is required, with Spanish being a plus.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process will include an interview with Paul, Chief of Staff, a business case, an interview with Minéa, Head of Account Management, and a final interview with Quitterie, Co-founder and CEO.

Your Missions

Your missions will include:
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners and explore new distribution channels for Skello in France and abroad.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners and oversee the implementation of partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, product, ops, and legal) to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Animate Skello and partners' commercial teams to make sure we make the most of existing partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
