Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our CEO Office team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering strategic projects that drive revenue growth and impact our business trajectory.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing partnership strategies that support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships, including negotiation, project management, and relationship management.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a good understanding of the SaaS business. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for partnership development and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Your Missions
  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and support business objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partners, exploring new distribution channels for Skello in France and abroad.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and oversee the implementation of partnership agreements.
  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Sales Animation: Animate Skello and partners' commercial teams to maximize the value of existing partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms, key account management positions, or strategic roles in fast-growing scale-ups.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience dealing with strategic topics.
  • Self-starter with the ability to make things happen independently.
  • Good understanding of the SaaS business.
  • Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
