Job DescriptionThe Technical Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. This individual will work closely with Sales Managers, Global Key Account Managers, Marketing, and R&D functions to:
- Penetrate key customers and build on our brand image
- Drive new sales opportunities and long-term success
The successful candidate will lead customer projects by collaborating with technology, marketing, and sales teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving and troubleshooting technical issues related to product formulation and manufacturing
- Understanding customer strategic direction and introducing our value proposition to support their plans
The ideal candidate will also design and develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams and customers, ensuring clear communication of our products' value proposition. Additionally, they will identify and line-up new business opportunities aligned with our business strategy, leveraging internal technical expertise to drive new project development and support sales and marketing initiatives.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales
- Project management skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- Advanced computer software capabilities, including MS Office
- Fluency in English, with any other European language a plus (e.g., French, Spanish, German, or Italian)
This is a home office-based position, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
