Rare Endocrine Disorders Director

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Rare Endocrine Disorders team in France. As Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategy, launching and managing our RED portfolio, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the RED strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and short-term business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of launch and lifecycle management plans, prioritizing tactics based on potential impact and return on investment.
- Collaborate with the Global and Regional RED teams to drive a forward-thinking cross-functional brand team, ensuring stakeholder and customer needs are met.
- Educate and motivate the organization about the RED strategy, core story, brand positioning, and clinical evidence.
- Build relationships with key external stakeholders, KOLs, and target HCPs to drive awareness of Novo Nordisk in the RED market.
- Coordinate resources and performance management of the RED sales and marketing team to deliver against strategy, sales, market share, and profitability targets.
- As a people manager, you will boost employee engagement through performance management, coaching, and talent development.
- Bachelor's degree in business (Marketing, Business Administration, etc.) or Medicine.
- Strong market experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles.
- Experience in building relationships with healthcare decision-makers and internal stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Rare Disease space, preferably in endocrinology, is an advantage.
The RED team in France is a dynamic organization consisting of eight highly skilled professionals focused on results, dedicated to business ethics, and values of Novo Nordisk. As Rare Endocrine Disorders Director, you will report to the VP, Rare Disease of Novo Nordisk France and collaborate with cross-functional departments at different levels.
