Rare Endocrine Disorders Director

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Rare Endocrine Disorders team in France. As our new Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategy, launching and managing our RED brands, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the RED strategy, ensuring alignment with our organisational objectives and short to medium-term business strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of launch and lifecycle management plans, prioritising tactics based on potential and return on investment.
- Collaborate with the Global and Regional RED teams, driving an effective and forward-thinking cross-functional brand team.
- Educate and motivate the organisation about the RED strategy, core story, brand positioning, key messages, and clinical evidence of RED brands and line extensions.
- Build relationships with key external stakeholders, KOLs, and target HCPs, driving awareness of Novo Nordisk in the RED market.
- Coordinate resources and performance management of the RED sales and marketing team to deliver against strategy, sales, market share, and profitability targets.
- Boost employee engagement through performance management, coaching, and talent development.
- Bachelor's degree in business (Marketing, Business Administration, etc.) or Medicine.
- Strong marketeer from the pharmaceutical industry, including experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in building relationships/networks with healthcare decision-makers (governments, payers, insurers, policy makers, KOLs, etc.) and internally in a matrix organisation.
- Strong organisational and people management skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Rare Disease space, preferably in endocrinology, is an advantage.
The RED team in France is a dynamic organisation consisting of eight highly skilled and ambitious professionals, focused on results, dedicated to business ethics, and values of Novo Nordisk. As our Rare Endocrine Disorders Director, you will report to the VP, Rare Disease of Novo Nordisk France and collaborate with cross-functional departments at different levels.
