Key Responsibilities:- Drive the execution of the PERTH program baseline, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate the Baseline Core Team and interface with product development teams.
- Develop and maintain a detailed roadmap aligned with solution and project needs.
- Manage QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate program work packages, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure close coordination between PERTH Program and Project teams.
- Operateally manage metier resources and provide leadership to program teams.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in system/product engineering or project/program management in digital/railway/automotive/aircraft.
- Engineering background with project deployment full lifecycle view.
- Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management.
- Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope.
- Customer relationship experience on deliverables and scope management.
- Products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M, Network and Telecom - N&T).
- Economics financial in R&D environment (Return on investment, decision making...).
- Engineering product development full lifecycle view.
- Safety background.
- Hardware, Software, IT technology background.
- Knowledge of main development management methods.
