As a Commercial Training Manager at Michael Page, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the sales skills of our clients' sales teams. You will work closely with our Head of Field Activation and the Sales, Marketing, and Retail divisions to create engaging and effective training content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs to improve sales performance
  • Managing and coordinating training plans with our clients and partners
  • Validating training materials and ensuring they meet our high standards
  • Creating and managing eLearning assets and platforms
  • Tracking and reporting on training activity and performance
  • Negotiating training contracts with clients and partners
  • Piloting key performance indicators (KPIs) for our agency and external partners
  • Organizing events and workshops to support our sales teams

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial training and team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience with technology and digital tools
