Your Mission
As a Commercial Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients and prospects in your designated area. You will:
- Create and grow your client base (individuals and professionals)
- Conduct personalized meetings and offer tailored commercial proposals
- Foster client loyalty through personalized follow-up
- Develop and submit commercial proposals
- Record commercial actions in our CRM tool
Onboarding Process
You will receive attentive and personalized support, starting with a dedicated training program to obtain your counseling authorization. While experience in insurance is an asset, it is not required.
Your Profile
We are looking for:
- A motivated, autonomous individual with a commercial mindset and interest in the insurance sector
- A Bac + 2 level with experience in insurance and/or sales is preferred
- A valid driving license and a company vehicle are mandatory

- Monthly salary range: €2,000 to €2,300 gross
