Your Mission

As a Commercial Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients and prospects in your designated area. You will:

  • Create and grow your client base (individuals and professionals)
  • Conduct personalized meetings and offer tailored commercial proposals
  • Foster client loyalty through personalized follow-up
  • Develop and submit commercial proposals
  • Record commercial actions in our CRM tool

Onboarding Process

You will receive attentive and personalized support, starting with a dedicated training program to obtain your counseling authorization. While experience in insurance is an asset, it is not required.

Your Profile

We are looking for:

  • A motivated, autonomous individual with a commercial mindset and interest in the insurance sector
  • A Bac + 2 level with experience in insurance and/or sales is preferred
  • A valid driving license and a company vehicle are mandatory
