Main Duties

As a Business Development Specialist at Flash Therapeutics, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients using various tools and methods. You will present the company's offerings to establish and maintain strong client relationships, ultimately negotiating and closing contracts. You will collaborate internally to build and defend proposals, support project execution, and ensure thorough reporting.

Competitor Intelligence and Market Feedback

You will participate in trade shows and conferences to promote the company's services and monitor competitors' activities. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies. You will provide valuable feedback from the field to adapt sales tactics and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements
  • University degree (Master's or PhD) or engineering degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or innovative therapies
  • Specialization in cell and gene therapies with a solid understanding of the technologies and processes used in these therapies, such as cell culture, viral vectors, and gene editing
  • Good knowledge of drug development processes and pharmaceutical regulations is a plus
  • Initial experience in a commercial role or project management (or equivalent), including internships in a corporate setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term professional relationships (with clients and internally)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Perseverance, tenacity, and composure
  • Autonomy and initiative
