About The Role:
In the capacity of an Application Integration & Support Engineer H/F, you will engage in the implementation and maintenance of applications.
Your responsibilities during the project phase include:
- Contributing to the technical design of solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall Information Systems architecture.
- Assisting in the configuration of applications.
- Participating in the pre-production phase: analyzing incidents with the project team and overseeing corrective actions.
- Reviewing and validating supplier documentation and application deliverables, and aiding in the creation of technical documentation.
- Coordinating the switchover simulation and executing the final transition to the new application.
Once the applications are in production, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Centralizing business feedback, troubleshooting issues, and testing customized software.
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives: automating tests, managing continuous integration, and overseeing deployments.
- Providing ongoing support for applications and their interfaces, including corrective, scalable, and adaptive maintenance.
- Coordinating efforts among technical teams both within and outside the IT department.
Qualifications:
- A Bac+5 / Engineering School diploma in Computer Science is preferred, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in integration and technical support.
- Sector-specific knowledge is advantageous (Corporate, HR, Industry, Energy functions).
- Familiarity with software solutions engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in .NET, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud Azure, DevOps, Interfaces, and APIs.
- Desired knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in application modeling and architecture.
- Fluency in both French and English.
