HR Applications Specialist

VINCI Construction Services Partagés is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Applications Specialist - Talent Modules to join our dynamic Digital HR team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our Oracle HCM system, specifically focusing on talent modules such as annual performance reviews (EIP) and People Review. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Talent modules within Oracle HCM, addressing inquiries and resolving technical challenges related to annual interviews (EIP) and People Review processes.
- Contribute to the planning and monitoring of HR campaigns, generating reports and analyzing data to track progress and identify trends.
- Manage incident tickets, service requests, and domain evolutions, ensuring timely and effective resolution for all HRIS-related issues.
- Foster a strong community of business referents across our various delegations and countries, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication channels between IT and HR teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and project updates.

- Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and oral).
