About Our CompanyMolex stands as a prominent figure in the realm of electronic solutions. Our Industrial Automation division, part of Datacomm & Solutions (DSS), focuses on communication and control products tailored for the industrial automation industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in formulating design specifications for manufacturing workflows.
- Create and implement production fixtures for testing electronic PCBA's and industrial I/O devices.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to facilitate product transfers and address production challenges.
- Engage with suppliers to develop specialized tooling.
- Conduct and document first article inspections.
- Explore and apply technologies aimed at improving production efficiency.
- Aid team members in planning and executing tasks effectively.
- Academic background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing of electronic products.
- Familiarity with contract manufacturers and machinery developers.
- Proficiency in C or Python programming languages.
- Openness to international travel.
- A collaborative mindset and adaptability.
- Experience with SMT contract manufacturers and design of test fixtures.
- Capability to lead a small team in supporting production operations.
