Hutchinson conceives, industrializes, and sells backlit HMI, control boxes, and vibration attenuation systems, requiring mechanical, electronic, computer, and photometric expertise.

You will be based at Hutchinson's headquarters and report to the Group Strategy Department and the Director of Fluid Management Activity. You will play a key role in commercial development in the thermal management field (battery cooling, engine cooling, etc.) for passenger and commercial vehicles.

Therefore, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop the global market with a particular emphasis on Europe
  • Analyze the market and detect innovations/commercial opportunities with clients (OEM, level 1 suppliers, pack and cell manufacturers, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with clients/R&D/Innovation/Program to generate PoC, RFI, and RFQ
  • Create partnerships with clients and other third parties
  • Support commercial activities of sales, program teams, and marketing

You are a graduate of a business school or engineering school. You have at least 7 years of professional experience with automotive equipment manufacturers and/or system suppliers. Experience in OEM and T1 can be an asset. You have technical and/or program management experience. Your knowledge of vehicle thermal management systems (including air conditioning, batteries, etc.), equipment manufacturers' needs, and supplier value chain is essential. Experience in battery thermal management is a plus. You are fluent in English (written and spoken) (C1 level minimum). Your communication, relationship, organizational skills, but also your common sense and pragmatism will enable you to successfully complete your missions and succeed in this position.
