Your Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of participatory governance frameworks
- Utilize tools that enhance citizen involvement

Facilitate Participatory Governance Bodies:

  • Coordinate local councils
  • Manage meeting logistics and content
  • Monitor the progress of working groups
  • Organize community gatherings
  • Provide training sessions for council participants
  • Initiate innovative projects

Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESES):

  • Serve as a liaison among CESES, municipal departments, and elected representatives
  • Facilitate workshops on diverse subjects

Engagement with Local Councils:

  • Develop strategies for effective community involvement
  • Coordinate resident consultations

Advocate for Participatory Governance:

  • Organize events focused on participatory governance
  • Collaborate on communication initiatives
  • Disseminate information regarding community projects

Monitor Innovative Community Engagement Practices

Participate in Community Events

Flexibility:

  • Support additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

Proven understanding of public policies, especially in participatory governance. Proficient in office applications. Strong analytical, strategic, and project management capabilities. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
