Job Title: Sales Director EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Lead the sales team in France and French overseas territories, providing coaching and development to ensure high performance.
  • Manage sales management, budget control, compensation programs, and incentive planning.
  • Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of sales staff.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop key customer relationship management and negotiate purchase agreements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales director position within a medical device company.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of the French Medical Device Market, private and public hospital structure, and French Buying groups.
