About the Role:

The Docusign Strategic Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) is a key position responsible for owning a portfolio of strategic accounts and renewals in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase adoption and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to prevent risk and drive growth in top customers through early engagement, driving value, and engaging with key collaborators.
  • Maintain accurate rolling forecasts of the territory and communicate any renewal risk to internal resources.
  • Negotiate win-win agreements for strategic renewals while protecting and enhancing customer trust.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure they are adopted and deriving value from Docusign's product.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within SaaS offerings.
  • Proven track record of meeting quota-carrying roles and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience driving high-value contracts to completion on-time.

About You:

This is an individual contributor role requiring occasional travel up to 10% to build customer relationships and improve overall partnerships.

Payout Estimate: $100,000 - $150,000 annually based on industry standards and regional factors. This estimate may vary based on specific qualifications and location.
