Job Description

As an Administrative Affairs Agent at Turkish Airlines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our personnel management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out appointment, transfer, and promotion processes for personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage personnel personal and social rights, including passes, clothing, and other benefits, to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process and manage all incoming and outgoing documents, including writing, typing, recording, filing, reproduction, sending, distribution, and archiving.
  • Notify relevant units and divisions of any accidents, potential hazards, customer complaints, or other critical issues that may impact personnel or operations.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on national and international laws, civil aviation regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Permanent residence permit in the respective country.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including overnight, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making skills.
