Finance Administrative Coordinator Temporary Position

We are currently in search of a committed professional to become part of our team as a Temporary Finance Administrative Coordinator within the French Finance division. The successful applicant will undertake a range of financial, bookkeeping, and administrative responsibilities, which include recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and addressing supplier invoicing issues.

This role will report directly to the Financial Controller and will necessitate flexibility and adaptability due to the forthcoming implementation of a new ERP system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Managing invoice matching inquiries
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements
  • Assisting with the month-end closing process

The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Experience Requirements:

  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Understanding of bookkeeping and fundamental accounting practices
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
