VOLUNTAE, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting and financial professions, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator Part-Time H/F for a company focused on administrative and financial outsourcing.
Job Overview:As an administrative coordinator, you will manage multiple clients and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Pre-accounting: Collecting, archiving, and transmitting accounting documents to accounting firms.
- Bank Management: Preparing payments and overseeing bank accounts.
- Sales Administration: Managing invoicing, including invoice generation, tracking payments, and debt collection.
- Human Resources: Handling personnel administration, sending payroll variables to external firms, and managing administrative tasks with relevant authorities.
This is a permanent position with a full-time commitment. The role is based in a central location. The salary range is between 38,000 and 42,000 euros gross annual, depending on your profile and experience.
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a Bac+2 qualification (such as a BTS in Management Assistance) and has at least three years of successful experience in a similar role. As an administrative coordinator, you are organized, meticulous, and recognized for the reliability of the information you provide. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact effectively with all stakeholders. Additionally, you are adaptable and versatile, enjoying the challenge of managing various topics.
