We are in search of an experienced professional who is passionate about utilizing technology to achieve strategic business objectives. The HRIS Solutions Strategist will play a crucial role in defining the HR technological framework that aligns with our strategic goals and enhances the HR experience for our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as the main liaison for Group HR and various entities, fostering strong relationships and a comprehensive understanding of existing architectures. Provide advisory support for local projects and lead global change management initiatives related to tools.
- Tool Evolution Management: Lead the assessment and prioritization of HR IT tools, ensuring they align with HR business strategies. Oversee the operational activities of these tools and manage HR Information Systems communities.
- Project Leadership: Assume ownership of tools for master processes, ensuring they align with overarching strategies and budgets. Lead IT projects that impact the HR domain, including conducting impact analyses and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Supplier Management: Oversee global contracts and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, budget oversight, and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs. Contribute to the analysis of ticket management between AXA GO and entities.
- Service Model Development: Actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of a new service model for HRIS service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in HRIS, HR, or IT project management, with a proven history of successfully executing international projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with technical expertise in HR application systems and interfaces.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, multinational environment, managing multiple priorities while remaining responsive to user needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the capability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Experience in implementing digital projects and enhancing operational processes.
- Background in the insurance sector is advantageous.
