Role Overview:
As an Internal Audit Controller, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our risk management strategies and ensuring robust internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in risk assessment by refining and upholding the internal control and risk management framework.
- Assist in the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and the financing of terrorism.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members while collaborating across various departments.
- Establish, execute, and supervise second-level control processes.
- Design, gather, and evaluate essential performance indicators.
- Administer documentation for both internal and external control mechanisms.
- Lead and contribute to compliance initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal control within a mutual or insurance organization is required.
In-depth understanding of internal control methodologies, accounting principles, risk-based approaches, and audit trails.
Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
Exceptional analytical capabilities and project management expertise.
A proactive individual with strong interpersonal abilities.
