Position Overview
Senior Manager for HR IT Solutions
We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the global delivery of IDS Products and Services for the HR People & Culture division at Technip Energies Abu Dhabi.
Your primary responsibilities will include establishing effective governance with Business Sponsors and Process Owners, outlining the strategic evolution roadmap, and steering the assessment phases of various projects.
In this capacity, you will manage the portfolio of HR Systems applications, cultivate relationships with vendors, and ensure adherence to financial and ESG regulations.
Moreover, you will coordinate a diverse team of approximately 20 Business Relationship Managers, Delivery Leads, Project Managers, and other specialists situated across multiple locations.
To qualify, you should possess a Master's degree in Data, Engineering, or IT/Business, complemented by a minimum of 15 years of experience within IT organizations and at least 5 years in managing HR applications. Proficiency in both French and English is essential, and familiarity with the Energy sector or knowledge of BI technologies would be advantageous.
