Responsibilities

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee our French billing team within the Clinical and Financial domain .

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our Electronic Health Records (EHR) technology. You will lead a feature team focused on developing billing capabilities for our core EHR product.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of full-stack developers;
  • Fostering team performance and career development;
  • Driving team success by aligning with business objectives;
  • Empowering your team to innovate and improve product offerings;
  • Defining the strategic roadmap for your team and overseeing production, quality, and delivery;
  • Participating in code reviews and providing hands-on support as needed;
  • Spearheading cross-functional initiatives to enhance engineering capabilities;
  • Collaborating with Talent & People teams to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Have over 4 years of experience managing engineering teams;
