Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our production and animation oversight team in facilitating the seamless execution of projects by ensuring a precise and effective flow of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of information and materials between artists and various departments.
  • Oversee the daily operations of an assigned departmental team.
  • Maintain and update databases with relevant elements and project statuses.
  • Organize daily reviews and document notes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production within the animation sector.
  • Familiarity with database management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Shotgun software.
  • Proficiency in Maya.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Strong teamwork abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate, as remote work is not an option.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from the European Union or those holding a French work permit.
