**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Castorama, specializing in Retail Media Development. As a key member of our KRM team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with retail media companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in briefings and recommendations for advertisers, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Support the development of budgets, commercial proposals, campaign deployment, and performance tracking.
- Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and propose action plans to optimize results.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies for our retail partners.
- Create engaging presentations for meetings with retail partners.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the KRM team on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and conduct marketing research to inform our business decisions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing or Commerce, with a strong interest in Digital Marketing, Retail Media, and Consumer Goods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data to drive business decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
