Job Title: Principal Business Development Western Europe

Ludgate Search is seeking a seasoned fundraising professional to join our client's team as a Principal Business Development Western Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in building relationships with institutional investors and driving fundraising efforts in the Western European region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the investor community, including family offices, top-tier institutions, and mid-tier institutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with the global fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising strategies that meet the client's growth objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, investor allocation strategies, and product offerings to ensure the client remains competitive in the market.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of fundraising success in the Western European region, with a strong network of institutional investors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Native French and/or German language skills, with English language proficiency.
