As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating an impactful brand experience for our customers in the Paris Centre and IDF region. You will develop and implement a visual merchandising strategy that drives sales and profitability in our own retail stores.
You will lead, train, and support a team of in-store visual merchandisers to ensure they have the necessary skills to implement our visual merchandising strategy and directives.
You will be responsible for cascading important information from our European VM teams to our in-store teams.
You will identify best practices and store needs to communicate to our Senior Manager VM Omnichannel to develop processes and standards across all our stores.
You will monitor the results of your initiatives and develop action plans to ensure our stores are performing at their best.
You will support our franchise and wholesale teams in the region for new store openings and refits.
This role will also involve managing local initiatives and projects specific to our cluster.
This position is based in Paris.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Retail Management and In-Store Retail Management within a sports or fashion brand.
- Proven track record of success in visual merchandising and in-store management.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex situations.
- Autonomy and organization skills, with the ability to manage projects.
- Fluent in English (C1 level minimum) and comfortable with public speaking and presentations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
