Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our expanding team in Paris. As a key member of our CEO Office, you will collaborate closely with our Co-Founders and Top Management to spearhead our talent acquisition process, ensuring we identify and attract top talent for Qantev.

About the Role

As Qantev's first-ever Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee recruitment for both our Paris and Hong Kong offices, managing a wide range of roles from junior to senior levels, across all our teams. You will be responsible for building and evolving our end-to-end hiring framework, working closely with our founders on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and source top talent through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms and conditions, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey information to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with any additional language skills being a plus.
Preferred Experience

Bonus: experience in a tech fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently.

Recruitment Process

Screen call with the HR Manager (20mn), 1st round of interviews (1H30), and final interviews with C-level executives (45mn).
