About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Swan, a leading European fintech company. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy and attracting top talent to support our rapid growth across Europe.

In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and collaborating with hiring managers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies to meet the company's hiring needs, as well as ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at each stage of the recruitment process.

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English is required
