Job Description

The Conseil départemental de la Haute-Marne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Prefiguration in Charge of Support and Sustainable Development of Territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 44 agents in the direction of prefiguration, ensuring the effective implementation of departmental policies and strategies.
  • Develop and implement sustainable development projects, working closely with local authorities and stakeholders to promote environmental and agricultural development.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to local authorities, helping them to develop and implement projects that promote sustainable development and environmental protection.
  • Collaborate with other departments and services within the Conseil départemental de la Haute-Marne to ensure a coordinated approach to sustainable development and environmental protection.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, agriculture, or management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in sustainable development and environmental protection.
