Position Overview:
As a Construction Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of project requirements and generating comprehensive cost estimates,
- Preparing detailed quotations, budget projections, and technical specifications,
- Monitoring costs throughout the design and construction stages,
- Engaging in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal pricing,
- Overseeing financial aspects of construction sites, including managing unexpected challenges,
- Collaborating closely with Architects, Engineers, and various stakeholders,
- Providing regular financial updates to management and clients,
- Participating in site meetings and project evaluations.
To excel in this position, you should possess a technical higher education background, such as a minimum BTS/DUT diploma or a specialized Engineering degree focused on pricing studies or construction. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, either as a Construction Cost Analyst or a Technician in TCE pricing studies, is essential.
A solid understanding of construction pricing, along with proficiency in CAO DAO tools and project management reporting, will be key to your success in this role.
