Commercial Development Manager

Job Description

As a Commercial Development Manager at Philips, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Key Account Managers to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales targets and improve market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategies
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Proven commercial experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

How We Work Together

We believe that we are more effective together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in the office at least 3 days a week. Roles on site require full-time presence in our facilities. Roles on the ground are more effectively accomplished outside of our main facilities, usually with clients or suppliers.
