Notre missionDans le cadre de notre plan stratégique et afin d'accompagner notre croissance et notre projet de transformation, nous recrutons un(e) HR Business Partner pour un périmètre de 200 collaborateurs regroupant plusieurs sociétés présentes en Ile de France.
Les responsabilités- Pilotez et animez la politique RH du groupe sur votre périmètre et accompagnez les directeurs du développement sur leurs problématiques RH.
- Participez aux People Reviews des Business Managers et animez celles des Business Partners et Consultants.
- Déclinez la politique de rémunération Groupe pour les BM/BP (processus de revue de salaire) et pilotez la rémunération des consultants.
- Pilotez les campagnes d'entretiens annuels et réalisez les entretiens professionnels des BM et BP.
- Définissez le plan de formation et pilotez son déploiement, tout en développant l'offre de formation (e-learning, sollicitation des référents techniques, etc.).
- Communiquez et animez les parcours d'évolution pour l'ensemble des populations.
- De formation bac +5 avec une spécialité en Ressources Humaines (Ecole de commerce, IEP, Master 2 RH).
- Expérience confirmée d'environ 5 ans dans les Ressources Humaines (recrutement, gestion de carrière, formation).
- Appétence pour les sujets opérationnels, force de proposition et capacité à participer à la transformation d'une Direction des RH.
- Capacités d'écoute et de conviction pour mettre en avant les problématiques humaines tout en intégrant les enjeux business.
- Initiative et créativité pour fidéliser les collaborateurs.
