About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at REFEA, a leading provider of internet and connected services to residential communities. Based in Angers, this role will be responsible for ensuring the optimization and quality of our customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the implementation of our commercial strategy
  • Understand and analyze customer expectations
  • Develop effective solutions to meet customer needs
  • Design, manage, and improve qualitative and quantitative performance indicators
  • Develop the skills and performance of customer advisors
  • Select, evaluate, and manage partners
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer service activities
  • Ensure interface between various company services and the customer service center
  • Implement a process for managing, reporting, and animating the customer service center
  • Ensure the customer service center has up-to-date information to satisfy customer questions, both technical and commercial
  • Participate in improving services and the service catalog through customer feedback
  • Ensure company communication through multiple media channels (B2B and B2C social networks, website, portal, etc.)
  • Represent and promote company values and image
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (ESC or University)
  • Proven experience in managing a customer service team
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction, curious, and a strong conviction
  • Able to organize and manage a customer service team
  • Pedagogical and managerial skills
  • Strong team spirit, results-oriented, and commitment
