Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Turkey and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and executing sales plans and programs, leading a team of account managers, and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and programs to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management roles.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English language.
