Badakan, un logiciel RH innovant, recherche un Commercial Development Representative pour rejoindre son équipe commerciale dynamique.

Missions
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Sales et Marketing pour identifier les opportunités et contacts clés via nos outils de prospection.
  • Convaincre les prospects de la pertinence de la solution et fixer des RDV qualifiés.
  • Qualifier les leads provenant de l'inbound.
  • Mettre régulièrement à jour le CRM avec l'ensemble de ton activité de prospection.
  • Optimiser et suivre les process et outils SDR déjà en place.
Profil recherché
  • Tu es orienté résultat et team player.
  • Tu es à l'aise au téléphone et as une excellente capacité d'écoute.
  • Tu es enthousiaste et souriant(e).
  • Tu es rigoureux(se) et fais preuve de créativité afin d'ouvrir des portes fermées.
  • Tu es un chasseur(se) dans l'âme.
