We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF). The successful candidate will work on multiresolution X-ray CT and 4D X-ray CT at our imaging beamlines BM18 and BM05.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and conduct research projects in geosciences, with a focus on multiresolution X-ray CT and 4D X-ray CT
- Support external users in geosciences and contribute to the daily life of the beamlines
- Collaborate with international experts to advance science and address societal challenges
- Contribute to the development of new imaging techniques and instrumentation
- PhD in Geosciences, Geophysics, Materials Science, Engineering, or Physics obtained within the last three years
- Strong background in X-ray imaging techniques and experimental work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English (working language at the ESRF)
