Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective performance tracking, analysis, and reporting systems to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to guidance and recommendations on business decisions and transactions, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Facilitate decisions related to allocation of financial resources, ensuring optimal use of company funds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budget and forecasting processes, providing timely and accurate data to support business decisions.
  • Ensure financial data quality within your scope of activities, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Lead the yearly budget process in collaboration with all 3DS organizations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and communicate financial planning policies and processes, including forecast, budget, actuals, and business review.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to close gaps.
  • Collect and consolidate management financial results, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Challenge performance through follow-up of relevant KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide analysis and dashboards to management, suggesting corrective actions plans as necessary.
  • Translate company objectives and strategy into financial plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze Actual vs Budgets/Forecasts and vs previous Years, preparing variances analysis.
  • Provide relevant information, ensuring effective communication and understanding of financial and business performance/drivers to support management decisions and strategy definition.
  • Drive decisions and corrective action plans resulting from the above-mentioned steps.
  • Develop and promote the analytical finance structure (FP&A referential), ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with 3DS Finance organization, Business intelligence infrastructure, and IT to ensure productivity and alignment.
  • Contribute to Month End Closing managerial reporting.

Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Master's degree level or equivalent (Finance or accounting recommended).
  • Experience preferably in the Finance department of an international corporation or in a business support related function.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • TM1 and/or Peoplesoft experience is a plus.
  • Transfer pricing knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify root causes of problems, participate in the generation and evaluation of alternative solutions, and implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and constantly changing workload.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage time effectively to meet needs of multiple internal customers.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Eager to learn.
