Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in financial performance
- Business Partnership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business initiatives
- Financial Insights and Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis required
- Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
