About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and close processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field, with a strong background in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in creating complex financial models and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex financial issues.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,000 to $128,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and unlimited paid time off.
