As a Junior PMO Intern, you'll play a key role in our data transformation program, helping us deliver innovative solutions that improve the lives of millions of people around the world.



Key Responsibilities

  • Help design and implement the communication plan for the data transformation program in collaboration with the management team
  • Animate the recharge process and budgetary planning and updates
  • Manage the catalog of services offered to guarantee its clarity and efficiency and assure the connection with the accounting team to keep track of the budget
  • Manage and improve a time tracking system for the team's dedication to the program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external inquiries related to the data transformation program


Requirements

  • Higher education in project management or a related field
  • Experience in communication, ideally in a digital or data context
  • Proficiency in project tracking and communication tools
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment
