About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Representative for Western European Countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strengthening market and policy research in the country, formulating local market, product, business, and operational strategies tailored to local conditions, and coordinating with functional resources across Western Europe to take overall responsibility for operational support and business expansion in the country.

Main Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion
    • Conduct thorough research on national markets and customer groups to identify business opportunities and resources.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with national exhibitions and platform partners to explore new business opportunities.
    • Improve sales capabilities of resellers, direct customers, freight forwarders, and other channels to expand regional resources and strengthen the national market.
  • Operation Quality Assurance
    • Coordinate the management of agents/suppliers in the local country to optimize operational process resources and improve operational efficiency and quality.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures and specifications to ensure effective supervision and management.
    • Provide airside support and promote end-to-end capability enhancement of the China-Europe flow operation.
  • Resource Acquisition
    • Understand relevant regulations, policies, and procedural rules of related institutions in the country.
    • Establish solid external relationships locally and develop resource acquisition capabilities to ensure healthy business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, marketing, management, economics, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the express logistics supply chain industry or management experience.
  • Familiarity with the cross-border logistics supply chain industry and experience leading projects related to product development, market promotion, and operational support for overseas logistics supply chains.
  • Excellent communication skills, business negotiation abilities, team management, and stress resistance capabilities.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, and local languages as required.
