EU Sales Manager Role in Global Beauty Industry

We are seeking an experienced EU Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at THG, a fast-growing global technology group that specializes in taking brands direct to consumers. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of growing our Haircare Brands Christophe Robin and Grow Gorgeous in the EU territory.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in sales, preferably with major retail accounts in the beauty industry, and possess strong organizational, prioritization, follow-up, and meeting deadlines skills. They will also have a high level of IT literacy, particularly in Excel and Office applications, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires creative problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The candidate will partner with the Ops team to ensure forecasts are accurate, and our retailers are fully stocked, tracking free goods spent (samples, collateral) and complete all new product setup from start to finish.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and access to our in-house GP, CBT therapist, and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). You will also enjoy subsidised bus pass, up to 50% staff discount on THG brands, and anniversary gifts when you hit 5 and 10 years of service.
