{"h1": "Global Sales Enablement Manager", "p": "At Planet Malt, we're on a mission to revolutionize the sales landscape. As our Global Sales Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that empower our corporate sales team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with global sales leaders to craft a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals
* Design and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the corporate sales team
* Develop and maintain a repository of sales tools, resources, and content
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the sales team has access to relevant and up-to-date marketing materials
* Conduct regular assessments of the sales process and identify areas for improvement
* Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets

Requirements:

* Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role within a B2B environment
* Proven experience in developing and delivering sales upskilling programs from the ground up
* Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
* Proficiency in using CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
