Agile Project Facilitator

Au sein de l'agence Orange Business, tu joues le rôle d'Agile Project Facilitator pour une ou plusieurs équipes dédiées à la création de solutions innovantes dans le domaine de la Data.
Tâches principales :
- Tu es le champion de l'Agilité, garantissant le succès des projets en collaboration avec l'équipe.
- Tu collabores étroitement avec le Product Owner et les parties prenantes pour favoriser l'adoption des méthodologies Agiles.
- Tu es responsable de l'organisation et de l'animation des cérémonies Agiles (réunions quotidiennes, revues de sprint, planification, rétrospectives, etc.).
- Tu crées un environnement propice à la collaboration et à la dynamique d'équipe.
- Tu aides à la priorisation des tâches pour maximiser la valeur produite par l'équipe.
- Tu contribues à l'évolution de l'Agilité au sein de l'agence par le biais de formations et d'initiatives d'évangélisation.
Tu possèdes au moins 3 ans d'expérience et une première expérience dans la mise en œuvre de projets décisionnels, idéalement dans un cadre de services numériques.
Tu es désireux de partager tes compétences tout en bénéficiant des expertises de tes collègues.
